Stretch your limits and elevate your pole practice! This monthly workshop is designed to help you build the flexibility needed for pole tricks, floorwork, and fluid transitions. Drawing from yoga, functional mobility, and active flexibility training, we’ll focus on key areas like hip openers, front and middle splits, backbends, spine and shoulder mobility.
Each class is themed around a specific area or skill and offers drills and techniques you can take home and practice between sessions.
Whether you’re working toward your split, deepening your backbend, or just want to move with more grace and ease, this class is for you. Open to all levels—no pole experience required. Each class is $15. Save the dates...
