Star Party in the Borderlands *Reservations Required*

Star Party in the Borderlands is a great way to view the darkest skies in Texas. Being in the Greater Big Bend International Dark Sky Reserve will give you the best opportunity to see celestial bodies and planets with our telescopes and amateur astronomers.
When: 9:30 pm
Where: West Contrabando Trailhead
What: Bring your own chair or blanket, water bottle, and dress for the weather.
Program is weather dependent. Please call our office during operating hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) to check the status of the program.
Cost: Program is free with your purchase of day use entrance fees, $5.00 for adults, children under 12 are free. You can use your TSPP to waive your entrance fee pass. Obtained passes at the Fort Leaton SHS or Barton Warnock VC.
