Join us for Yin Yoga sessions with Laura Bonini - a fully trained yin yoga, mindfulness and stress reduction teacher with Yoga Mindful Movement. She also has counselling skills and has been working as a nurse for over a decade.

Laura's intention is to empower individuals to learn new regulation tools to manage their emotional and physical wellbeing.

Yin yoga is a slow meditative style, we will hold the poses for around 3 minutes, most are seated poses or reclined. We hold the poses for a longer period of time to work into the connective tissues of the body. Places we can hold tension/stress. This practice is about slowing down. It’s not about the pose more about the experience. Nervous system regulation practices and mindful based stress reduction. Guided meditations and relaxation to end.

All mats and props are provided. Please wear loose fitting clothes
