If you've been thinking about trying out jiu jitsu but felt unsure, unprepared, or nervous about starting something new, this is your chance to try it out for free, surrounded by others who are brand new to the art.
This intro clinic is family-friendly and welcoming to all. We train in a clean and safe facility right here in downtown Rockaway Beach, Oregon.
Coach Ronin keeps it fun and simple, with easy-to-follow instruction drawn from his 38 years of experience teaching martial arts.
How to prepare:
Make sure you are registered and have fill out a waiver! You are not registered until your waiver is complete.
Wear comfortable active wear. We discourage shorts for safety and skin protection. (Please, no jewelry or clothing with metal buttons or zippers! These can injure others, and damage the mats)
Bring water and snacks as needed
Looking forward to seeing everyone on the mat!
