Forest Bathing with Society of Trees

Forest Bathing connects you to Nature through your senses β€” through the grainy textures of spruce bark, the lofty scents of wildflowers in bloom, or the lively chatter of chickadees. When you slow down to notice the sensations and curiosities of the forest, it’s easy to let go of stress and instead find the serenity in each moment.

Local Guide Monica Sander Burns from the Society of Trees will lead you on a journey of discovery and awe in this relaxing and restorative experience.

All fitness & mobility levels welcome: Forest Bathing is not about getting anywhere, it’s about paying attention to where you are.

This program will take place rain or shine, so please dress appropriate to the weather conditions.

Registration is required for these sessions! Email cHVibGljc2VydmljZXMgfCB3aGlzdGxlcmxpYnJhcnkgISBjYQ== to sign up, and please let us know if you would like to attend on July 18 or August 10 (or both!).
