August Sunday Fitness Class: No Repeat Strength

Mark you calendars, for Sundays at 2pm in August, to join us for our Sunday Fitness Class, No Repeat Strength with Melissa. Class dates are August 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st. No repeat strength is a series of exercises performed in order without repeating any of them. Please bring a yoga mat, and you don't have to register, just show up.
