Messy Play in the Park - Book Week

Celebrate 80 years of Children's Book Week with us at Messy Play in the Park!

Dress up as your favourite character and join our 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 event! This year's theme is 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝘼𝙣 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚... ✨🧚‍♀️🤴

We'll have all the shortlisted books available to read as well as themed messy play activities.

Increase your child’s confidence and develop their fine and gross motor skills by exploring fun, sensory and creative Messy Play.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Meet other families and enjoy a morning in the park talking, reading, singing, and playing in the park.

🧺 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
Bring your own picnic blanket, hat, sunscreen, water bottle and snack.

👕 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy (adults and children), and consider bringing a change of clothes.

The Cafe at Riverway will be open. No need to stop along the way, support a local and grab a coffee when you get there.

Messy Play will be set up in Raintree Grove, in front of the all abilities playground.
