Guitarist and composer Ying-Da Chen graduated from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in
2012. To date, he has released four albums: "R.E.M. MOODS,β "Animal Triste,β "Off-Peak
Hours,β and "Do You Know Beige?" All four albums have been nominated for Golden Melody
Awards and have won both the Best Jazz Single and Best Jazz Album awards. Ying-Da has
performed at major events such as the Borneo Music Festival, Sapporo Jazz Week, Macau Jazz
Week, Taipei Jazz Music Festival, Taichung International Jazz Music Festival, and Tainan
Gueiren Walk.
YANG Yu-Chiao is a multidisciplinary narrative and sound artist who
focuses on solo performances of folktales. He regularly hosts lectures
on folk narratives and narrative poetry. With years of vocal music and
piano training, he integrates traditional storytelling with extended vocal
techniques, developing experimental sound performances like
"Anamorphosis & Anatexis" (for folktales) and "Sonorous Hue" (for
sound poetry). Their work has been showcased in France, South Korea,
Sweden, and Japan. Now Yang is a teaching artist at the National
Center for the Arts (Weiwuying) in Taiwan. In addition, Yang researches
literary and film narratology and has served as a narrative lecturer at
major film festivals. Their experimental literary works and critiques have
been published widely. Yang has authored a polyphonic poetry
collection titled Xi-Xiang (θΈθ ), a music history book, The Golden
Pieces in the Dark Corners of Music History (Locus Publishing), and a
book on oral traditions Oral Generative World (Atman Books). Yang is
also actively exploring AI collaborative creation, participating in the
Taipei MOCA's AI exhibition Hello, Human! with the work ΟΟΟΞΟΡιν
ΟΟΟΞΌΞ± (Strephein Stoma). In 2024, Yang was selected as a resident
artist for the Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB) CREATORS
Tyler Bennett is a bassist, sound artist, and improviser. Tyler studied jazz performance at the
Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and has performed across East Asia, Southeast Asia,
and the US. His current practice employs speaker arrangements, no-input mixing, acoustic
feedback and bass guitar. Through a multimedia and cross-stylistic approach, Tyler aims to
open up novel spaces for sonic dialogue and expression.

Onomatopoeia. In 2025, Yang toured South Korea with the performance
Open Eyes! Experimental Sound Poetry Concert (κ°μ!μ리μ μ€νμ
