For two nights only, Bar.Yard teams up with Sazón, the celebrated Spanish concept from Regent Bali Canggu, to bring a bold new Balinese dining experience to the famed Bangkok rooftop.
This 𝐒𝐀𝐙Ó𝐍 𝐗 𝐁𝐀𝐑.𝐘𝐀𝐑𝐃 collaboration is part of IHG Sizzling Summer Fest, a celebration of global flavours and local fire. The menu features hand-picked favourites from both kitchens, crafted by Chef Andrew Walsh (Sazón – Bali / One Michelin-Starred Cure – Singapore) and Chef Lamberto Valdez Lara (Bar.Yard – Bangkok).
