Late at night, long after being tucked in, The Kid opens up a spooky comic... and a portal to the world of well-known monsters. In a this pop-rock concert, the monsters tell their stories of being misunderstood and taken for granted.
Audition information:
- Auditions are by appointment only
- Up to 18 performers needed
- Please prepare up to 90 seconds of a song from a pop-rock musical or your favorite band. Bring sheet music for pianist or karaoke tracks (aux. cord connection only) edited to your selection.
- Please come dressed to move but no dance is required.
- Performance dates: October 9-12 and 16-19

We are seeking a diverse representation of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity/expression, age, disability*, and all other dimensions of identity when casting. We will be looking at typical considerations that we make when casting (storytelling ability, characterization, authentic connection, embodiment, etc.) as well as who has the range and ability to handle each individual song.
*it is important to note that our dressing rooms are located downstairs of the performing space and any performers with mobility considerations should be willing to work with the theatre to develop appropriate accommodations to their needs.
