FREE Self Defense Class

Come on out for a FREE self defense class. This class aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to protect themselves from physical harm, improve situational awareness, and build confidence.

Location: 3300 Summit Blvd , Multipurpose Building

Wear comfortable clothes tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.

This will be a Co-Ed class, ages 12+.
