Required Real Estate Topics

Upon completing all the topics included in the course, the agent will have a clear understanding of the Virginia Laws and regulations that govern their actions regarding these topics. Once a licensee understands these laws and regulations, they will be better equipped to serve their clients, customers, and the public. The current case studies, questions, and answers provide examples of how to apply the knowledge gained.
