Row + Renew is a land (ERG) rowing class for cancer survivors. This evidence-based program is for building total body strength, improving balance, mobility, and building community and confidence.
Once a survivor completes a 12 week rowing program, they are eligible for a scholarship to learn how to row on the water, in partnership with the Des Moines Rowing Club.
