This progressive dinner offers a unique culinary adventure where you can learn about butchering a pig from Hannah Miller Childs ("A Lady Butcher") while delving deep into the art of beer from Andrew Childs of Behemoth Brewing.
The nose-to-tail ethos means nothing is wasted, and each phase of the butchery demonstration is paired with a course of a succulent meal and matching beer. You'll experience courses from the head to shoulder, to loin, belly, then leg. Andrew will share his expertise on beers, pairing some with each course, while Hannah seam-cuts part of a pig in front of you. The duo will also discuss the reasons for the various pairings as you enjoy your meal, concluding with dessert.
