Join us for a powerful afternoon of movement and release as we harness the energy of the full moon to let go of what no longer serves us β people, patterns, pain... all of it.
Weβll begin with a grounding ritual and guided journaling session using a special Cord-Cutting Kit (included with your ticket β journal, sage, & pen). Then, weβll dive into a freeing choreography focused on awakening the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras β the foundation of your personal power, sensuality, and confidence.
