After years of serving incredible prepared foods—especially their beloved ramen—at Seattle-area farmers markets, they’ve found their brick and mortar home at Fisherman’s Terminal.
What makes Pidgin different? They’re one of Seattle’s first cooperatively owned restaurants. Their years at farmers markets taught them to focus on the bounty and community around us — values they carry into everything they do.
