Back in the early days of the creation of the Women Winemakers & Culinarians Foundation, we hosted a fundraiser dinner featuring our Board's gal chefs. It was a delicious, vegetarian, gluten and sugar-free 3-course- meal and helped us get this Foundation going financially. A few of the Board members’ menfolk had a few comments about the lack of…carnivorous deliciousness. SO, we invited them to put their cooking skills where their mouths are, and…we are proud to announce “The BroBBQ”.
What: Barbecued everything- meats and veggies from the Bros, featuring sauces and spices from Anna Vocino’s Eat Happy Kitchen, Dessert from The Bakery Farmstand and from Future Perfect and Seagrape.
Our team of GrillMeisters are locally famous (so we're told!) for their barbecuing skills. Don Layton, Rafik Tadros, Nate "Tater" Stricker, Loren Tarquinio, Mike Mesikep, Dan Dominguez, Ryan Layton and Randy Jones will be grilling sausages, elk tips, ribs, tri-tip, tofu (!), brisket, lamb lollipops, artichokes, seasonal veggies and sides!
