Everyone is welcome to attend the event, which is hosted by the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and generously sponsored by Cullen’s Home Center and Integrity Title, Inc.
We would be nowhere without our customers, yet quality customer service is disappearing. Join us for a fun, practical look at the 4 pillars of exceptional customer service and the tactics and behaviors of “in-the-trenches” customer service presented by Schick, a “working speaker for working people” who has personally done the work!
Schick has more than 30 years of leadership experience and 26 years of teaching experience as a US Navy instructor, high school teacher, corporate trainer, and as owner of Schick Corporate Learning.
Doors open at 11 am. Serving begins at 11:15 am, with the presentation taking place from 11:45 am to 1 pm. Tickets are $30 per person or $250 for a reserved table of 8. For tickets or more information, contact the Alexandria Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce at 320-763-3161 or visit alexandriamn.org. Ticket deadline is September 5.
