Time for some whimsical self-care with forest bathing and stream splashing. On Saturday, July 26, from 11:30am-12:30pm, join naturalist educator and HooRWA’s director Arianna Alexsandra Collins along the Broad Brook Trail where we will practice elemental breathing technique, sensory awareness activities, and gentle play. Come commune with Nature and replenish your personal well.
