Racer/Tech card: $30
Free Tech Cards for Teenagers (ages 13-19) ** let’s get teenagers off the streets and practice speed in a safe environment.** Teen drivers who are under 17 yrs old and under must bring parent/ guardian to sign the liability waiver and tech card
