Relax, release, and restore as you lie down or sit with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and more. No experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy a calming journey into sound and stillness.

Benefits: Reduce stress, improve sleep, and rebalance your energy, etc.

* Attendees are typically lying down. If preferred, chair seating is available.

Dress comfortably.
**The facility may have a wooden floor****
*Please bring: A yoga mat or other padding.
Optional & recommended: Blanket(s), pillow, an eye covering, bolster if you wish, a teddy bear :), anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.

Laura is a nurse educator dedicated to mind-body-spirit wellness, with a special focus on sound healing. She integrates science with the healing arts to offer crystal sound meditations that help reduce stress, support healing, and restore inner balance.

Based in the Bay Area, Laura leads sound bath meditations throughout San Mateo, San Francisco, and San Jose counties, incorporating crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and guided meditation to encourage deep relaxation and emotional release.

Laura offers personalized Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) sound bed "Oasis" sessions, which utilize sound and vibration to alleviate pain, anxiety, and physical tension.

She presented the benefits of VAT to the Veterans Advisory Committee.

With compassion and clinical insight, she educates healthcare professionals on the therapeutic potential of sound and vibration, bridging traditional medicine and holistic practices to support collective healing and well-being.
