Writing your Memoir

Would you like to write your memoir? It can be a hugely rewarding and creative undertaking whether you're doing it purely for yourself, as a legacy to pass on to family and friends or are hoping for eventual publication.

Local journalist, author and tutor Maria McCarthy will offer helpful advice for writing your memoir, including how to unlock your memories, discover your unique voice and create an outline for your book. She'll also discuss consent, privacy and legal issues around writing memoir.
