This is a gentle, supportive yoga class designed specifically for postnatal mothers. The focus is on rebuilding core strength, improving stability, releasing tension, and enhancing overall well-being after birth.
Babies are welcome to attend and remain close to their mothers during the session, creating a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. However, the yoga is exclusively for the mothers — there are no yoga exercises for the babies themselves.
Classes are suitable from your postnatal check-up (usually 6–8 weeks after birth) and are open to mums until their babies are confidently walking.
Friday 5th September - 10th October 11am- 12 £70 for 6 week course
