Presented by Rhythm Connections. No experience needed – just bring your sense of fun!

Looking for a creative, energetic family activity that’s totally beginner-friendly?

Come and join Rhythm Connections for a hands-on drumming workshop where anyone can take part (under-16s must be accompanied by a participating adult). – No musical experience is required and whether you’re 6 or 60, this session is all about fun, connection, and rhythm.

What to expect:
Play music together as a group
Try improvising (if you feel like it!)
Take a solo moment and shine
Even have a go at leading the ensemble

This is a no-pressure, joyful space where non-musicians and first-timers can discover what it feels like to be part of a band – just like the performers at the jazz festival.
