Singleton 5.8 mile walk

For our monthly short Saturday walk, we return to Singleton for a route of approximately 5.8 miles, with minimal ascent. We will walk at our normal standard walking pace, so should all be done by around noon.
Setting off from the Singleton Barn, we proceed through Bucksford Meadow and into parkland of the Godinton Estate, before returning to our start point.
Non-members are welcome to attend up to three walks before becoming a fully paid up member, and it certainly beats shopping!
Difficulty: Leisurely
Ascent: 210ft
Dogs welcome but please do keep on a short lead.
Starting point - Please use the Singleton Centre car park, not the one for the Singleton Barn, turn off Singleton Hill into Hoxton Close, where the car park and pub are both located.
Nearest postcode: TN23 4TY, although it is apparently a short distance from the car park
Walk leader is Steve Bourne.
