George Humes & The Pity Party

London based Afro-Cuban-Soul-Surf-Calypsoists, Georgie Hume & The Pity Party are a trio led by guitarist George Hume, who’s instrumental sound incorporates a blend of early 60's Jamaican jazz, Cuban inspired rhythms alongside a dose of Bakersfield country twang, creating a sound thats been described as 'Tropical Jazz’.

Their debut EP was released in 2024 receiving early support from Jazz FM and Soho Radio. The group are set to release their debut album in September 2025.
