Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension and allow the body to begin healing.
It is proven to assist with anxiety disorders , PTSD, lower blood pressure and has other benefits.
You are invited to join us for our magical summer drum circle in this beautiful space at a the Folly on the grounds of Bridge House in the village of Broome( near Bungay) β¨ πͺ
Tradition for this time of year is the Lammas celebration. The 1st of August
is the first day of the harvest season and traditionally a time to celebrate the earth's bounty and give thanks
No experience required, and there will be drums/ rattles for all to use.
So come along for
Grounding
Drumming
Guided meditation
Chanting
Oracle cards
Refreshments
Β£15 pp includes use of drum, guided meditation, oracle cards, hot herbal drinks or tea/coffee , squash and biscuits.
BRING A BLANKET and cushion and any drums you haveπͺ
Being a fold out chair if you wish to be seated.
