Heart Balancing Meditation

Our Heart Chakra connects our lower earthly chakras with our upper heavenly chakras. Grief, fear, anger and other low vibrations can create disharmony which radiates to other chakras. This class will include light yoga poses to open up the heart chakra, intention setting, Usui Holy Fire Reiki and Sound to bring healing, peace, and balance to this major chakra.
