Mammals at Leopold's Preserve

Virginia Master Naturalists from the Merrimac Farm Chapter will be on hand at the observation deck to share with you about mammals in our Preserve and in your backyard. There will be furs and skulls to touch. They will also have a simple craft to take home about animal tracks. This isn't a structured program, so feel free to drop in anytime between 12 PM and 2 PM to speak with the Master Naturalists and enjoy the family-friendly activities.


This event is free and open to the public. The observation deck is wheelchair-accessible via Parking Lot West (the smaller parking lot).
