🍷Embrace the summer and UN(WINE)D at Kiona Winery and Vineyard in Benton City! 🧘🏻♂️
As part of this special event, you will be taking part in a beautiful VIN-YIN yoga class. We'll begin class with a gentle and cooling breathwork practice, inviting in reflective space to set the intention for our practice together. As we warm-up our bodies, we'll be moving through some energizing and strengthening poses that invite in a harmonic alignment between breath and body. Following some active and dynamic movement, we'll be shifting into a Yin practice that will invite you to find ease and softness as you get into the deeper connective tissues of the body
