Blend of our spontaneously fermented gold sour aged in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel and a cherry bitters barrel.
6.5% abv.

~ BITTER OLD MAN 2025 ~
Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrel and Woodford Reserve Bitters barrel aged Wee Heavy Scottish Ale. Our non-barrel aged Scottish Ale is named, The Dirk, and our Bourbon barrel Scottish Ale is named, Old Man Dirk.
