Falling Water River Canoe Float

Join Ranger Connor for a leisure paddle above the Burgess Falls Dam on the Falling Water River where we will see wetlands and wildlife that inhabit the river. Learn canoe paddling technique and boater safety along this 2.5-mile paddle. Along the float we will discuss how humans impact the natural world around them and how we can positively impact our protected natural resources.


Participants should bring water and wear appropriate clothing for being out on the water.

All canoes seat two people comfortably.

Limited to 8 people, two per boat.
