Annual Free Sports Physicals – July 19
At Humboldt General Hospital, we’re proud to support the health and success of our local student-athletes. Each year, before the school season kicks off, we host a Free Sports Physicals Day to help students meet their NIAA eligibility requirements—at no cost to families.
Date: Friday, July 19
Time: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Humboldt General Hospital (enter through main entrance)
In 2024, we were thrilled to serve 421 students, saving families a total of $42,100—a new record for our community!
While you wait:
Our coffee cart will be open to the public during this time for your caffeine fix
PG-rated movies will be playing in the Sarah Winnemucca Conference Room to keep kids entertained while you wait.
Get Ready:
Download and complete the NIAA Physical Form in advance to speed up check-in. Forms will also be available onsite if needed.
Can’t make it? No worries—HGH offers sports physicals year-round for just $65.
