This class is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through slow, intentional movement and somatic awareness, we’ll explore how to inhabit the body fully, reclaim personal power, and move from a place of grounded self-knowing.

Each practice is designed to help you tune into sensation, build trust in your own rhythm, and create space for authentic expression. Rather than striving or pushing, we focus on feeling—inviting you to explore what strength, softness, and resilience feel like from the inside out.

This is a supportive space for all bodies and all levels. Whether you’re rebuilding connection with your body or deepening an existing relationship, you’ll be met exactly where you are.
