Join us for a deeply restorative 2.5-hour workshop designed to melt away tension from head to toe, release deep muscular knots, and leave you feeling lighter, freer, and profoundly reconnected.

- Therapeutic yoga poses to gently open and reset the whole body
- Safe, guided myofascial release using massage balls (trigger points = magic points!)
- A deep dive into your bodyโs unique holding patterns โ and how to soften them
- Breath, movement, and mindful awareness to invite healing and presence

- You sit (or stand!) for long hours
