Slow fire-roasted Wagyu osso bucco ragu cooked in Ironbank Shiraz with San Marzano tomato, baby onions, creamy mash potato and a puff pastry top. Served with a table salad of winter sweet and bitter leaves, baslamic and salted ricotta.
Chocolat panna cotta with a port and red wine poached pear and dark almond praline.
