‘Wellbeing Wednesday’
Discover ways to take care of your wellbeing
Come and take part in a FREE, fun and practical session to support your physical and emotional health.
For ages 7 - 16
Activities will include making a stress ball, making a worry doll, making a journal, looking at the benefits of being grateful and positive affirmations.
Also includes a ‘Wednesday Wellbeing Walk’ around the stadium and a healthy snack and drinks.
