Parenting - Beyond the Boots and Badge

A FREE parenting course for veterans, currently serving service members, first responders and their families.

The parenting program will teach you:

- Skills to support children through the ups and downs of life
- Awareness of your own emotions
- How to recognise, understand and manage your child’s behaviours when nothing else has worked
- Help your child learn to manage and self-regulate their emotions
- Equip your child with problem solving skills
- Dealing with neurodiverse and neurotypical behaviours

This 6 week course will run on Tuesday’s 12.30pm to 2.30pm at Hudson Road Family Centre, Withers.

Course Dates are: 5th, 12th, 19th, August & 9th, 16th, 23rd September
(No session on 26th august or 2nd September)

This is a veterans wellbeing program.
