Ethical Caring Workshop open to all 5Rhythms teachers to support individual and collective resourcing and to contribute to the future of the 5Rhythms Practice, Tradition & Cosmology

Ethics lie at the center of competent and effective teaching. As 5Rhythms teachers, we encounter challenging ethical dilemmas: boundary issues, collegial conflicts, moral considerations, and complex participant dynamics. Many teachers have found themselves navigating difficult situations that can feel isolating and unclear.
This workshop creates a supportive space where we can explore these challenges together, building understanding rather than seeking simple answers.
We will be approaching ethical dilemmas through dialogue and reflection rather than rules or dogma. The focus is on widening our understanding of complex situations rather than seeking quick solutions.
Behind every behavior lies a feeling or belief, and when we take time to be curious about what drives a person’s actions, the path forward often becomes clear. Through small group discussions with fellow teachers, we will explore case studies and practice documented methods that support ongoing learning in holding space for the 5Rhythms practice.
There will be ample room to dance and be moved together — to meet, share, listen, and be with one another.
Whether you graduated in the 90’s or were on the last teacher training you’re truly welcome to come join us!
