๐ This annual celebration of farmland and forest conservation will take place on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at the conserved Hand Melon Farm in Greenwich and, as always, promises to be a festive evening of incredible local food and community spirit.
๐ Now in its 35th year of farmland conservation, ASA invites guests to join them for a true farm-to-table dinner experience, live auction, paddle raise, and an opportunity to celebrate conservation leaders on a gorgeous century farm.
๐ This yearโs event will begin at 5:30 PM with hors dโoeuvres and a social hour, followed by a brief celebration and a delicious locally sourced dinner prepared by Chef Will Brown of Crafted Catering and Events. Beverages will be provided by Brown's Brewing Company and Victory View Vineyard, with a homemade seasonal dessert to close the evening.
๐ฑ "We're excited to welcome friends old and new to Hand Melon Farm for a night that honors the people and places that make our region so special," said ASA Executive Director Renee J. Bouplon. "The Forever Farmland Supper is more than a fundraiserโitโs a memorable gathering of those who care deeply about protecting our working lands."
๐ Tickets start at $125 per person, with proceeds directly supporting ASAโs efforts to conserve farms and forests throughout Washington and Rensselaer counties. Early interest has been high, and the event is expected to sell out.
