With a commitment of just one hour per week, participants receive structured guidance from Jay and Nicky Turner, owners of Laguna Pest Control, alongside their expert team β including the Operations Manager, Office Manager, Field Technical Manager, and experienced senior technicians.
Over 6 months, you'll gain:
β Weekly 1-hour mentoring sessions (online)
β Access to our full leadership team β including Ops, Office, Field & Tech Managers
β 2 immersive, in-person workshop days in Noosa
β Ongoing technical training & in-field support
