Are you a parent, caregiver, or family member of someone who is trans/gender-queer/gender-nonconforming? Do you want space to connect with others? Join this support group every last Monday of the month* from 6:15-7:30 PM at Family Strengths Network, 3540 Orange St.
*dates will be adjusted when holidays/school closures conflict with the last Monday - check back here for specific dates.
About the facilitators:
Tara Adams (she/her) is a cis, queer woman with a trans teenager, and two adult sons. She is a social worker that has lived in Los Alamos for some time, including with JJAB.
Luke Eigelbach (he/him) is a Kentucky native who moved to Los Alamos in the fall of 2020. Luke's professional life has mostly been in the nonprofit sector, including two and a half years with Los Alamos JJAB. Having recently moved to LANL, he is exceedingly grateful for every opportunity to be involved in the Los Alamos community. In his spare time, Luke can be found reading, hiking with his partner, or hanging out with his two cats.
