Yolandie is a current Australian Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting record holder, former elite gymnast, kayaker, and internationally ranked powerlifter (#2 all-time in world history). She was the first Australian female to deadlift over triple bodyweight in competition and has represented Australia in weightlifting, powerlifting, and kayaking, achieving over 40 national titles and international podium finishes.
With 27 years of coaching experience – from world champion athletes to elderly clients regaining daily function – Yolandie brings an immense passion for sharing knowledge to help everyone move better, lift safer, and perform at their absolute best.
