We invite you to attend the Community Live Well Screening to be held at the CoxHealth Monett Clinic, 1000 E. Hwy. 60, on Sept. 20, 7 a.m. to noon.

No appointment needed. All ages welcome.

Reduced-Cost Lab Tests, $45 for all
• Complete blood count
• Comprehensive metabolic panel
• Full lipid profile (cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides)
• Hgb A1C (blood glucose)

PSA Test for Men (Prostate Cancer), $15

Education, Safety, and Health Screenings, FREE
• Blood pressure, pulse, pulse oximetry, bone density, and EKG screenings
• Stroke, heart health, car seat, and gun safety education
• Free gun locks and a gun safe giveaway
