Oxtail - Slow Braised Oxtail and Butter Beans, served with rice and peas and steamed vegetables.
Jerk Chicken -Slow-smoked jerk chicken served with rice and peas or festival with jerk sauce and steamed vegetables.
Brown Stew Chicken-Sauteed in a skillet then cocked down in a brown gravy served with rice and peas & steam vegetables.
Jerk Pork -Tender Pork marinated in spices from the island and never without a kick of scotch bonnet pepper .
Jamaican festival is a sweet fried dough made with cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and milk.
