Grit & Grace : A Wilderness Retreat for Resilient Women

This fall, we’re inviting women warriors to a space created just for them. We recognize that the battles faced by female service members are often carried quietly—𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙨𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚. This hike is a chance to lay those burdens down, reconnect with your strength, and rise refreshed.

We're so excited for this backpacking journey through the stunning backcountry of 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮 — 𝗮 𝟮𝟯-𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟮,𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 that will challenge your body, refresh your mind, and renew your spirit.

It's always more than a hike with us. It’s an intentional space for female veterans and active-duty service members to step away from the noise, reconnect with God, and discover strength through Scripture, community, and the trail itself.

📍 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Dolly Sods Loop, WV Starting at the Bear Rocks Trailhead. Base camp will be at Red Creek.
🎒 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡: Moderate to Hard backpacking
