Speed and agility training

This is optional training for upcoming 3rd- 6th graders that plan on playing tackle football this year.

Please have them wear athletic attire and cleats or tennis shoes.

We will provide Gatorade for all the players, but bringing a water bottle is recommended.

This will take place at Dorr Township North Park in between the baseball/softball fields.
