DSA Scene Reads: In-Person/Zoom

The Last Tuesday of the month means it's time for our next Scene Reads!
To those new to our fun, monthly gathering (and those needing a refresher), keep reading for info.
WRITERS be(come) a current DSA member, submit your 10 pages, and join us Tuesday night at KD Studios.
ACTORS, we need you there! Remember, you give voice to these scripts so that the writers can assess their works in progress.
Casting starts at 6:30pm, and Readings at 7pm. So ALL participating Writers, Actors, and Scripts (no matter the platform) must be available for casting BY 6:40 PM.
We are trying to implement more attendance In-Person, ESPECIALLY Actors.
But, if you're not able to join us face-to-face, you can still join in virtually on Zoom!

EVERYONE can join in as part of the audience! Screenwriters use audience participation to tell if their material is achieving its intended results.
Screenwriters, here are INSTRUCTIONS for full actor participation for your scripts (in-person and via Zoom):
1. Use the Scene Reads Uploads page at dallasscreenwriters.com to upload your 10 pages
2. For in-person writers, bring printed scripts for the actors attending at KD Studios (remember to highlight!)
Scripts should be uploaded NO LATER than the Monday before at 6:00 pm.
Scripts that aren't uploaded won't be accessible to actors who attend via Zoom.
ONLY DSA MEMBERS can submit scripts to the Scene Reads. So, if you are not a 2025 DSA member, Join Now: https://www.dallasscreenwriters.com/join-now.
Finally, and most importantly, if you feel SICK, unwell, off, or not your usual self (or have recently been around someone who has); then please STAY HOME
