These spaces tend to collect tension from daily habits like sitting, texting, lifting, driving, and carrying stress. This practice creates space where thereโ€™s postural tightness, melting stiffness in the shoulders, opening the heart center, and restoring freedom of movement in the upper spine. Join us to reset your posture and hold your head high!

No movement required! Sit or lay back on a 2" thick plush mat supported with blankets, a cushion, and a weighted eye mask.
