Join local artist Andrea Twining for a full-day summer workshop focused on one of the most vital foundations in art: seeing and simplifying values. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this hands-on class will help you unlock the power of value to create depth, clarity, and visual impact in your work—no matter the medium.

We’ll begin the day with studies from photographs and move into working from life in the afternoon, exploring how light and shadow translate across different materials. You’ll have the freedom to experiment in a variety of mediums, with all supplies provided.
